Eat Out Smarter

Eat out without
blowing your goals.

Eatrace finds restaurant meals near you that fit your goals — and answers “should I order this?” in one glance.

Eatrace home screen showing calories and macros left for the day, with a Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl just logged

Not a food diary. A decision.

You don’t need another app to log calories into. You need one that looks at the menu in front of you and tells you what to order — instantly, before you decide.

How it works

From hungry to ordered in three taps.

1

Tell us about you

Tell Eatrace about yourself — we calculate your daily targets. As you log meals, every meal’s Fit Score adjusts to what you have left for the day.

2

See what’s nearby

Real meals from real restaurants around you — from major restaurant chains — on a list or a map, with live hours and distance.

3

Order the best fit

One Fit Score per meal tells you what to get. Tap through to directions, DoorDash or Uber Eats.

The Fit Score

One number. The whole decision.

Every meal gets a single, colour-coded score based on what you have left for the day — so you know what fits at a glance.

85–100%
Perfect Fit
This meal aligns well with your goals.
70–84%
Close Fit
Slightly off, but still a solid option.
55–69%
Partial Fit
May not fully support your goals. Use mindfully.
Below 55%
Off Track
Not ideal. Use with caution.

Built for deciding, fast.

Nearby map

Every open restaurant around you, pinned and colour-coded by Fit Score. Tap a pin for the details.

Live hours

Real per-branch opening hours, so you never walk to a place that closed an hour ago.

Saved meals

Bookmark the meals that fit and re-log them in one tap next time you’re there.

Filters that fit you

Vegetarian, Keto, GLP-1 Friendly — plus restaurant type: Fast Food, Balanced or Healthy. Narrow the list to exactly what you eat.

Order or go

From any meal, jump straight to directions, DoorDash or Uber Eats for that restaurant.

Real calories

Built from brands’ published nutrition data — not crowd-sourced guesses. Calories are always calculated from the actual protein, carbs and fat, so the numbers stay consistent.

AI Photo

Not on a menu? Snap a photo of what’s on your plate and Eatrace identifies the meal and estimates its calories — then logs it against your day.

What people say after a week.

Really impressed with EatRace. The AI scan actually works — snap a pic and it just knows what you’re eating, no more scrolling through a million search results. Love that I can add my own custom foods too since my usual meals never quite match generic entries.

I love how easy this app makes it to stay within my daily calorie goal, even when I don’t have time to cook and have to get takeout. Everything is simple and straightforward, without a bunch of unnecessary buttons or features. I was also surprised by how accurate and fast the AI scan is!

It really helps me stay in shape without overthinking it. Tracking what I eat has become so much easier, especially when eating out.

Questions

Before you download.

Does Eatrace work in my city?

Eatrace covers major national chains, so it’s useful the day you install it — wherever you are. We’re planning to add regional chains and local restaurants based on user requests. Where official nutrition data is available, we’ll use it directly; otherwise, we’ll provide an AI-based estimate.

How accurate is the nutrition data?

Chain numbers come from the brands’ own published nutrition data — not crowd-sourced guesses — and calories are always calculated from the protein, carbs and fat on record, so a meal’s numbers stay consistent with each other. Anything estimated — like a restaurant without official nutrition data, or an AI Photo scan of your plate — is clearly labelled as an estimate.

Can I use it without a subscription?

Yes. Browsing nearby restaurants, the map, live hours, filters and the search are free, plus one free Smart Pick a day and three AI Photo scans. Eatrace Plus unlocks every meal’s full macros and Fit Score, saved meals and unlimited scans — $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year, each with a 3-day free trial.

Does it work with delivery apps?

Yes. From any meal you can jump straight to that restaurant on DoorDash or Uber Eats, or open directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps. Eatrace doesn’t take your order — it hands you off to the app you already use.

What if a restaurant isn’t in the app?

Tell us — you can message us from the chat button in the app, and requests help us prioritize which restaurants to add next. In the meantime, AI Photo covers anything that isn’t on a menu: snap the plate and Eatrace identifies the meal and estimates its calories.
